Q1 PRIVATE COLLECTION: WINTER LAGERBIER
WINTER 2021 | LIMITED RELEASE JANUARY – MARCH
A new year brings new opportunities during our favorite winter months. Whether you are looking to hone your brewing skills, try new brewing techniques, or simply find the right après ski beer; this private collection features European lager strains perfect for a wide variety of seasonally-intrinsic brews.
For those fond of light-bodied lagers and pilsners, you’ll enjoy working with 2001-PC Pilsner Urquell H-Strain and 2042-PC Danish Lager. Beers crafted from these strains pair well with lighter food, mild cheddars, and are incredibly refreshing after a long day of skiing.
For brewers looking to craft beers that fill the belly and warm the heart, reach for 2352-PC Munich Lager. This strain can produce medium-bodied lagers like festbiers or märzens that pair well with hearty meals and spice cakes. Or you can craft stronger lagers like bocks and schwarzbiers, that pair nicely with roasted meats, stews and charcuterie boards (our favorites).
Say farewell to 2020 and hello to 2021, with the feel and flavors of this quarter’s Winter Lagerbier Private Collection. You’ll find these exclusive strains as a limited release for home enthusiasts and with shorter lead times for the pros. Brew on!
