Q1 PRIVATE COLLECTION: FROSTED LAGERS
WINTER 2022 | LIMITED RELEASE JANUARY – MARCH 2021
Lagers have been called “The brewer’s beer” on more than one occasion, and we know this sentiment is shared among homebrewers and beer lovers too.
Lagers are also often thought of as clean, light, and revealing of flaws – rather than passing up this reputation, you will find the qualities that differentiate lagers from their ale counterparts allow for very fine nuances from the chosen yeast, malt, and hops. Floral and fruit notes, complex flavors, aromatics, full mouthfeel, and lingering maltiness are characteristics you can expect from the Frosted Lagers limited release.
Between the juicy IPAs, the winter ales, and the experimental styles, we invite you to explore Saccharomyces pastorianus for your next winter brew; ideal for crafting and enjoying on the frosty days ahead.
These strains are available to order anytime for commercial customers. Retail customers may begin placing orders for these strains starting October 1st. Find out more about which styles pair best with these strains at www.wyeastlab.com.
