Customer Relations Representative


This role ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and by coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries. As well as maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • 1st on answering customer calls
  • Retail and Brewery order entry
  • Run retail report 2, pick tickets, and packing lists
  • Enter freight charges to brewery orders, invoices, and emails
  • Prepare invoices for mailing
  • Issue credit memos and post in defective report
  • Assist with retail manifest if needed. Join pick tickets to original orders
  • Assist with new account set up in BW when available and if needed
  • Scan, print, fax, organize, and file documents
  • Professional and courteous to all customers and co-workers

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, college courses in accounting or business degree preferred
  • Experience using accounting software, Microsoft Office products, and 10-key
  • Ability to type 60-65 wpm
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Previous office, phone, and customer service experience
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, and be a well-organized self-starter
  • Be able to multi-task effectively in an office environment with excellent time management skills
  • Excel professionally in both verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
